Booking Satisfection

Skyoworld wants every customer 100% satisfied when book with us. When you send us flight query, one of our Skyoworkd expert work on it and give you call back on your given number within 30 minutes after receiving your email and offer you the best price availbe. Once you and Skyoworld agree on the certain travel product, Skyoworld expert make a booking for you and send you the booking confirmation by email. Indeed, this email contains:

  • Booking date
  • Itinerary details
  • Booking reference
  • Electronic ticket number
  • Passenger details
  • Amounts debited on your credit card
  • Remaining amount
  • Due Date ( If Instalment payment )

Once you agree with those details, the person who made booking is responsible for sending us confirmation email within 30 minutes after receiving email by us, otherwise, We consider, all the details in the confirmation invoice or in the email are correct and can use for the further ticket issuance.


Payment and ticket issuance Satisfection

Once you have confirmed your booking , you will receive an email indicating the current status of your booking, which can be one of the following:


Booking confirmed

Congrats! You are ready to fly! You just need to print your booking confirmation email and proceed with your check-in. If the payment still due, the booking would be confirm for due date or time, the person who booked need to be pay before due date to avoid unwanted event.


Booking in progress

You’re almost there! We may need some more time toprocess your booking, either because you have requested a special service (passengers with reduced mobility or travelling with pets, etc.) that needs confirmation from the airline or because of your payment still being processed. Don’t worry, you don’t need to contact us or make a new booking, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to give you a final update.

Booking cancelled or payment declined

Oops, it seems that something didn’t go as expected. We may have experienced problems when processing your payment or issuing your ticket. If this ever happens, we will send you an email with clear instructions.


Payment and ticket issuance

Your electronic tickets will be issued within a term of 24 hours after payment has been confirmed or received. In most cases, tickets are issued minutes after payment has been confirmed unless you have selected a special service that may require the confirmation of the airline (e.g. special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, passengers travelling with pets, etc.)


Financial Protection

Protection we offer: If you are booking a flight, this will be ATOL protected. Every ticket which we issue will be ATOL protection. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure you are not stranded abroad, and will arrange to refund you any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.


Airline Failure Protection

Tickets issued within 24 hours: If you book a flight and pay in full at the time of booking, we will issue your flight tickets immediately. This will provide you with the security of knowing you have a valid ticket for travel. This means your airline ticket does not need to be ATOL protected by us. An option for Airline Failure Protection is offered on all flight bookings so that in the event the Airline on which you are due to travel ceases to trade, we are able to arrange alternative flights (if available), or issue you with a refund, as appropriate.


Flights booked by telephone

If you book a flight through our call centre at 0208 150 6523, you will be advised at the time of booking what financial protection applies as this may vary depending upon the type of fare you book. It may advise by asking the person who is making booking.
